Let’s recap all that you’ve learned so far in Modules 1 & 2. At this point, you should be well on your way to mastering the Diet for the Mind.
Audio 2: Acceptance
This is very important stuff so take your time, re-listen often and become a master at these principles over the next several weeks. Once you understand these techniques, we want you doing at least 30 minutes of pure Acceptance every morning—before you start your day. Minimum 30 minutes, no maximum. Every morning.
